Ingredients

  • 200g Self raising flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 30g Sugar
  • 300ml Milk
  • Little oil for frying
  • TOPPINGS
  • Raspberries
  • Maple Syrup

 

 

 

 

Method

Step 1

Mix the milk and flour together with a small whisk.

Step 2

Then beat in the eggs.

Step 3

Finally add the sugar, whisk together until a smooth batter.

Step 4

Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a hot frying pan with a little oil.

Step 5

Cook on one side for a minute, then, flip to the other side for 30 seconds.

Step 6

Serve immediately with toppings of your choice.
