I have been involved in the food and service industry for over 20 years. My career started as a chef after I gained my 706/1, 706/2 in culinary skills and 706/3 in advance pastry skills. I have worked around the world in very prestigious hotels and restaurants. I have great passion for food and have always believed in perfection and also enjoyed training & inspiring young chefs.
I returned to Ireland in 2000 and worked as an instructor for Failte Ireland. This for me was clearly the way that I saw my career following. I moved to Limerick in 2002 and worked for a very boutique style contract catering company as an Operations/Food Innovations Manager. I have incredibly high standards in terms of food quality, innovation and presentation so I decided to set up my own company, Good with Food. This company brings my own personnel touch and flair including onsite chef training, operational advice and guidance, creating profitable menu’s and food demonstrations.
